Here at Jam Studio our mission is to entertain the world while continually learning, being data driven and having a viewer centric mentality. We are looking for a talented Youtube Content Strategist/Specialist who embodies our core values to join us and be in an exciting new niche role where you will work across multiple different projects helping us build our Youtube strategy. This role will work on content for the: SSundee Reacts YouTube channel. Our channels have upwards of 23 million subscribers and are growing every single day.

Responsibilities:

Gathering clips surrounding a given video topic for SSundee to react to.
Working with the team to improve viewer retention.
Analyzing video clips to determine what makes them high performing.
Conduct research to stay up-to-date on the latest trends and developments in the YouTube community
Find high interest ideas that will drive the YouTube audience to click on our videos
Look through YouTube and other sources to find video ideas that have a proven track record
Meticulously track data & analytics around success and failures
Introduce organization methods to keep track of current trends and multiple different ongoing projects

A love for Youtube & gaming culture: this person should be obsessed with YouTube & gaming and know the ins and outs of the rapidly evolving space.
Organization: someone who takes meticulous records and is able to juggle multiple projects at one time with no issues.
A trailblazer: someone who comes up with new ideas, isn't afraid to challenge the status quo and speak up for themselves.
Flexibility: things change quickly around here and we are forward focused so are looking for someone who can thrive in our environment.
